
Deliveries
Faeriestone Jewellery aims to deliver all ordered items within
two weeks once payment has been received and cleared (with
the exception of any commissions - bridal or otherwise). This
is a reflection of the time needed to create the handmade
jewellery, however many of the items are kept in stock, and
these will be despatched straight away.
Please allow up to six weeks delivery for any made to order
commission pieces - bridal or otherwise. This allows for both
the sourcing of the required materials and the creation of
the design, which can be complicated.
If we cannot fulfill an order we will notify you immediately.
This should only happen rarely if a specifically required
gemstone cannot be sourced for your required delivery date,
at which point you will either be offered an alternative gemstone
or a refund.
International Orders
We are happy to send Faeriestone Jewellery to other countries,
but please be aware that the delivery time will be longer
than those specified above for delivery within the UK.
All prices listed on the site are in pounds sterling, but
if you are paying with credit card, it will automatically
convert the pounds value into your currency at the current
exchange rate.

Returns
Faeriestone offers a seven day money back promise. If an
ordered item is unsuitable, notify me by email
stating the reason for the return within seven days of receipt.
I will issue you with a returns number, of which you should
write on the enclosed invoice, then send the item back to
Faeriestone Jewellery, 58 Church Road, Northfield, Birmingham,
B31 2LE. It is stongly recommended that you obtain proof of
posting, as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost
in transit.
This postage cost is not reimbursed unless the item is damaged
or faulty.
Providing the items return in their original condition and
in their original packaging within seven days of you receiving
the returns number, then you will be issued with a full refund,
minus post and packing, or a credit for you to order something
else.
Please note that earrings and any made to order commission
pieces - bridal or otherwise are non-refundable.
For all returns, except where the item is faulty, postage
costs and non refundable.
Damaged/Faulty Goods
Please check your goods on delivery. On the rare event that
items arrive damaged/faulty, please let us know within three
days and arrange to post them back to us with a returns number
that we will issue you with.
We will reimburse you the extra postage costs, and then either
refund the cost of the item or exchange it.
