| Two online help systems were
written for GlaxoSmithKline incorporating two
big projects - GIN - which involved globally integrating
the chemical compound inventory ordering systems,
and GIST - which comprised of the robotics systems
in the compound management tube stores.
The site was constructed using PhotoShop, and
Dreamweaver, and included a MS Access backend
database for bug fix resolutions and frequently
asked questions for the support team.
